Prices:
The price is all-inclusive:
-Breakfast  is supplied by the owner but has  to be prepared by the guests.
-Not included is the dayly cleaning of the rooms but every 4 days  the sheets and towels are changed and the apartment cleaned.
-The kitchen is fully equipped, the end cleaning, heating, gas, electricity, TV, Wi-fi, barbecue, air conditioning (where available), private parking, use of the garden and garden furniture, washing machine and outside washing lines.... and many other facilities.
-Children up to 4 years are free; from 4 to 12 years  a 20% discount.

Conditions:
Check-in: between  3.00 and 20.00 pm. Check-out by 11.00 am (unless  a different time  was previously agreed upon).
Deposit and reservation: 30% of the total cost of the stay.
No animals allowed.

Payment: once availability of the apartment requested is assured, confirmation via e-mail and a deposit of 30% of the total amount due will render the reservation definite.
Payment: by credit card (except American Express)  or bank draft.
